Custom Imprinted Balloons

General Information-

  1. TERMS - All custom imprint orders must be prepaid along with a written confirmation

  2. PLATE CHARGES - Plate charges are service charges only and do not transfer title of cuts or plates to customer.

  3. OVERRUNS/UNDERRUNS - All latex orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 5% and will be billed accordingly.

  4. PRINT DIRECTION - Unless otherwise specified, each balloon is printed to read with neck down.

  5. ARTWORK/LOGOS - Please furnish camera-ready artwork sized approximately 5 inch X 5 inch for latex and 10 inch X 10 inch for mylars. Fax copies, photocopies, newpaper prints, and some computer generated artwork do not provide quality reproductions. Art work with screens, grayscale or halftones can not be accepted. All custom artwork and logos require a plate charge. Exact repeat orders from the current year and two proceeding calendar years do not require a plate charge.

6. STRAIGHT LINE COPY - There is no plate charge for straight line copy on latex balloons. Five lines of type are allowed ( three lines recommended) with up to 19 characters per line. You may choose script or basic block letters.

7. DELIVERY TIME - Latex orders with quantites of 1,000 or less will ship within five working days. Larger orders require fifteen working days.

8. BALLOON COLORS - See Latex Color Chart or Mylar Color Chart.

9. LATEX INK COLORS - Black, White, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple & Burgundy. Pantone (PMS) colors can be matched for an additional charge. (On orders of 1,000 or less ink colors are limited to Black, Dark Blue or White.) & SHAPES- 9 inch diameter (round shape), 11 inch diameter (round shape), 14 inch diameter (round shape), 16 inch diameter (round shape), 3 foot diameter (round shape), 2 inch wide X 60 inch long (fiqure tying balloons), 6 inch (heart shaped), 11 inch (heart shaped) and 17 inch (heart shape).

  1. MYLAR INK COLORS - Black, White, Silver, Gold, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, Dark Green, Ulta Blue & Dark Blue

  2. MYLAR BALLOON SIZES & SHAPES - 9 inch, 18 inch and 36 inch diameter round, heart or star shaped.

  3. PHOTO BALLOONS - Photos can be printed on latex and mylar balloons. Plate charges apply. Provide a 5 inch X 7 inch, good contract, black and white glossy print.

  4. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTIIES- Latex round minimum order size is 100 balloons. Latex heart shaped minimum order size is 250. Latex fiqure tying mimimum order size is 1,000. Mylar balloons minimum order size is 50 balloons.

  5. TRADEMARK/COPYRIGHT- All copy or other material submitted will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, or similar protection.

  6. OTHER- Second side imprints and second ink colors are available on orders over 1,000 balloons.
